RN Unit Manager – $2,400 Weekly | Day Shift | 9-Week Contract
Rio Rancho, NM
$2,400 per week | 40 Hours Guaranteed
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for an exciting 9-week contract opportunity at a well-established Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. This is a day shift leadership role ideal for nurses with strong clinical and supervisory experience in long-term care.
Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Contract Duration: 9 Weeks
- Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Ensure high standards of resident care and clinical excellence
- Oversee care plans, documentation, and medication administration
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Address resident and family concerns as needed
