Registered Nurse (RN) - Special Care Nursery

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Special Care Nursery. This position will involve providing exceptional care to newborns, with responsibilities including monitoring and supporting infants in need of specialized care. The position will require occasional floating to the postpartum unit for baby care assignments.

Shift Details

• 4x12 Hour Night Shifts (18:50 - 07:20)
• Every Other Weekend Required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Special Care Nursery/Level II setting.
• Completion of at least 1 travel assignment is required.
• Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, and STABLE.
• Delivery room experience is mandatory.
• Charge and Preceptor experience is preferred but not required.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in caring for infants in a Special Care Nursery.
• Strong understanding of delivery room protocols.
• Ability to float to postpartum for baby care assignments as needed.

Scrubs will be provided for this position.
