Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Obstetrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS and/or AWHONN certification preferred Must-Have: RN to work in Obstetrics and Labor & Delivery. Candidate must be able to care for mother and baby from pre- to postpartum. Scrubs can be any color. Description: Average number of births per month is 15. Candidate will need to be proficient in both maternal and neonatal care. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective patient and family interactions. Teamwork is crucial as you will work alongside other healthcare professionals. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Competence in monitoring maternal and fetal health is expected. You will be responsible for assisting with labor and delivery processes. Postpartum care for mother and baby will also be part of your duties.
