Travel Nurse RN - Obstetrics/Gynecology - $2,203 per week in Salem, MA

Job Title: RN Emergency Room Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in an Emergency Department License: Active RN License Certifications: AHA ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC Must-Have: - Must be able to read telemetry strips - General ED nursing skills including assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, cardiac monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, critical thinking, and patient education - Ability to float between units as needed - Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends Description: The position involves providing nursing care in the Emergency Department. You will be responsible for managing up to 5 patients depending on unit needs. The patient population consists of adults. You will utilize EMR systems for charting. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking and assessment skills. Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential. Team collaboration and effective communication are vital in this role. You will be part of a team providing care in a 16-bed observation unit.
