# Job Opportunity – High Risk OB Registered Nurse – TennesseeStart Date: August 31, 2026 Location: Nashville, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3 weekend shifts per schedule; patient ratios range from 1:1 to 6:1 depending on acuity; charge nurse and CNC support available each shiftHighlights:
25-bed High Risk OB unit specializing in antepartum care, labor and delivery, and cesarean sections
Diverse case mix including high-risk antepartum patients, vaginal deliveries, c-sections, magnesium drip management, and bereavement care
Experience with Connect and Expanse documentation systems
Float opportunities within women's services including OBED, Mother Baby, and Labor and Delivery
Supportive team environment with charge nurse coverage and unit secretary assistance when available
2 positions available for qualified candidates
Requirements:
Current RN license in Tennessee
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN
High risk antepartum nursing experience
Labor and delivery experience required
Ability to circulate cesarean sections
Experience managing patients on magnesium drips
Gynecological nursing experience preferred
Adherence to dress code: navy blue, teal blue, or grey scrubs
