Key Responsibilities of the RN - Obstetrics- Deliver high-quality care to obstetric patients in a delivery room setting
- Provide support and monitoring for fetal health
- Float to MedSurg if needed, based on census fluctuations
- Adapt to diverse healthcare settings using the Cerner EMR system
Requirements of the RN - Obstetrics- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification
- Delivery room experience (e.g., receiving babies)
- MedSurg experience
