Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM. Flexible assignment between OB and Med-Surg units based on patient census. May occasionally assume charge responsibilities.
Highlights:
Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting serving a rural community
Cross-trained role: OB and Med-Surg experience required; assignment varies by unit need
Patient ratios: 1:1 in OB, average 1:3 in Med-Surg
Electronic medical records: CPSI charting system and Perigen for OB documentation
Casual dress code – any color scrubs permitted
Local and travel candidates considered; previous travel experience preferred
Requirements:
Active Kansas or Multistate RN license required at time of submission
Combined OB and Med-Surg clinical experience required
BLS, ACLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification, and NRP – all through American Heart Association (AHA)
Flu vaccination strongly preferred; medical and religious exemptions accepted with masking requirement during flu season
