There are no weekend, holiday, or on-call duties. The role includes nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and coordination of care for patients and their families. The clinic sees an average of 305 patients daily, with approximately 75% requiring RN support. The Client department consists of antenatal, gynecological procedure units, and various specialties including oncology and reproductive endo GYN. Daily scheduling involves 350-400 patients across all services, supported by a dedicated RN team. Preferred experience includes moderate sedation, OR/PACU, women's health telephone triage, and labor and delivery experience.
