This role focuses on providing care in a supportive environment, with opportunities to deliver babies and see patients in the Women's Clinic. The position involves a schedule of typically 7-24 hour shifts per month, with the chance to work in a new hospital facility in the future.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nurse Midwife- Triage all patients and perform uncomplicated vaginal deliveries
- Admit and discharge non-cesarean section patients
- Consult physicians for complicated cases and assist as needed
- Provide antenatal care education and identify high-risk pregnancies
- Offer emotional support and guidance during labor and delivery
Requirements of the Certified Nurse Midwife- Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
- Oklahoma state license and DEA / OBDNN certification
