Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced, acute care Women's Hospital setting Monitor maternal and fetal status, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols Document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record Educate patients and families on high-risk pregnancy conditions, procedures, and postpartum care Required Qualifications
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in OB/GYN or High Risk Obstetrics Current BLS certification Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity obstetric environment Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills specific to maternal-fetal care Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a high-volume or Level III/IV maternal care unit Familiarity with electronic health record systems in an acute care setting NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification Why Join Us
