    Travel RN – High Risk OB (Nights)

    Nashville, Tennessee

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: May 4, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced, acute care Women's Hospital setting
    • Monitor maternal and fetal status, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
    • Document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
    • Educate patients and families on high-risk pregnancy conditions, procedures, and postpartum care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in OB/GYN or High Risk Obstetrics
    • Current BLS certification
    • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity obstetric environment
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills specific to maternal-fetal care
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a high-volume or Level III/IV maternal care unit
    • Familiarity with electronic health record systems in an acute care setting
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
