Job Summary:

Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) Richland, WA. This role involves providing health screenings for new hires, administering vaccines to safeguard team members, managing blood and body fluid exposure incidents, delivering respiratory protection training, and addressing communicable diseases. The position does not include direct patient care and requires familiarity with the organizations electronic health record system, which is not EPIC.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid state license with a compact license accepted, at least 1 year of RN experience in occupational or employee health settings, and 0 years of minimum experience required for the role
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in employee health or occupational health nursing, working within a community hospital setting is advantageous
  • Additional Information: Candidates must be able to learn and utilize the organizations electronic health record system (not EPIC). The role involves routine health screens, vaccination administration, exposure management, respiratory training, and disease control. Candidates may need to float between nearby facilities; refusal to float may result in contract termination. All scheduling and time off requests should be made upfront during the application process.
