The unit specializes in providing care for patients undergoing cancer treatment. The facility has received national recognition for its clinical quality and patient safety. The nursing team consists of both day and night staff providing comprehensive care to patients. Patient ratios on this unit are typically 1:4 or 1:5. Staff will utilize standard equipment and electronic medical records. Ideal candidates are team players who are eager to learn and grow in their roles. Chemotherapy certification is preferred but not required. Nurses are expected to dress in navy, white, or a combination of both colors. Weekend work may be required.
