Job Details
Certifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or equivalent, BLS certification, and chemotherapy certification.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a PCU with Oncology and chemotherapy certification.
Specialty: Medical Surgical Oncology Floor (MS ONC).
Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Requirements: Must have PCU with Oncology experience and chemotherapy certification. No religious exemptions for COVID are permitted at this facility.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, formulating individualized care plans, providing direct patient care, supervising team members, and documenting care activities in accordance with policies and standards.
The candidate will participate in unit or facility shared leadership, promote patient safety, and support continuous quality improvement.
