Job Details
Role: RN Medical Surgical Oncology Floor
Location: Springfield, MO
Schedule: Nights, 1900-0700, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Current RN license (meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri), BLS from AHA, Chemo Certification, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start), 1 year Med Surg/Oncology or 1 year Oncology, inpatient only; experience and competence in drug titration.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in oncology, hematology, infusion therapies, and a self-driven, compassionate personality with attention to detail.
Additional Information: Utilizes nursing process to provide patient care, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, evaluates care effectiveness, and coordinates with ancillary departments. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting with assistance, and high-risk exposure to blood and body fluids. Flexibility in working differing schedules and shifts may be required.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet all licensure and certification prerequisites prior to start date and be available to work the entire scheduled shift.
