Position Description: The Clinical Nurse (CN) is an RN delivering hands-on care to patients in a medical surgical oncology setting, practicing within the California Nursing Practice Act, standards of care, and hospital policies.
Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse), current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, 0 years of experience, located in the state of California, with the ability to work night shifts, 12-hour shifts, and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for creating a healing environment by providing emotional support, patient assessment, and education, while ensuring safety and quality of care. The role includes team collaboration, respecting patient diversity, and continuous professional development.
