Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in oncology! - **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate patients and assist physicians in delivering top-notch patient care. - Plan, implement, and document individualized nursing care based on patient needs. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop, implement, and coordinate personalized care plans from initial assessments to ongoing evaluations. - Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and functional health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with compassion and expertise. - Manage patient care effectively and professionally. - Document care adhering to established standards and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practices and support innovations in care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practices. - Engage in other duties and responsibilities as assigned. - **Required Skills & Experience:** - Two (2) years of experience in acute adult oncology, specializing in leukemia & lymphoma in an inpatient setting. - **Required Hard Skills:** - IV insertion - Phlebotomy - Basic nursing skills - **Education Requirements:** - ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) required. - BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) preferred. - **Required Licenses & Certifications:** - BLS - AHA certification - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - ACLS certification - Chemo certification - **Schedule:** - Oncology / MS Tele - 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 x 12 days - Weekends and holidays required as needed - Floating required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
