The RN assesses patients' physical, emotional, and educational needs. The RN develops and coordinates individualized care plans. The RN administers treatments and medications. The RN monitors patient progress and collaborates closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families. This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and leadership skills to ensure quality outcomes, patient safety, effective discharge planning, and continuity of care.
