General Information:Outpatient clinicMinimum Experience: 1.5 years of nursing experience 1 year in Oncology is preferred. MUST HAVE SOME ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE.Will you accept a first-time traveler? No must have completed at least (1) 13-week assignmentTravelers must live >100 miles away from facilityPermanent staff must wait 1 full year to return as a travelerPatient Types:18+ years oldMedical Oncology/HematologyHematologyBMT pre-transplant and post-transplantVisits per Day:Average # of patients seen per day Approximately 15-25 patients per day with CA supportRequired Certifications:RN:BLS requiredRequired Education:RN: Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of NursingSkills required:RN/LPN:EPIC Ambulatory is requiredChaperoning for provider with exams and procedures done in clinicClinic experience requiredRooming patients; VS, Review of Systems, Medication Reconciliation, WeightObtaining orders; processing patients for infusions/communication if clearedChart checksSet up for procedures
