Travel Nurse RN - Oncology - $2,615 per week in Minneapolis, MN

Job Title: Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Oncology Chemo Certified Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year required License: Must apply for Minnesota license if not already held Certifications: BLS, Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) Must-Have: Charting experience with Epic; ability to float between facilities Description: Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse will provide care to patients receiving chemotherapy infusions. The nurse will float between multiple facilities as needed. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting is required. The nurse must hold current BLS certification and must obtain chemotherapy certification within 30 days of starting the contract. Charting experience with Epic is required for this role. This position does not require weekend shifts or on-call duties. The nurse will be responsible for administering chemotherapy, blood products, and managing ports. Floating may occur within the scope to meet the needs of the facilities. No more than 5 days of time off is preferred. Previous charge experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be prepared for a daily census of 50-60 patients in the infusion center.
