The position is open to first-time travelers, with a minimum of 2 years of oncology experience preferred. Required certifications include BLS, with chemo and OCN certifications preferred. Patient care will involve procedures such as colposcopies and biopsies only. Experience with charting systems, specifically Cerner, is preferred. The nurse will provide education and support to patients and families. Skills related to isolation precautions, neutropenic precautions, and outpatient oncology are important.
