Oncology Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care in a variety of oncology settings. This position requires flexibility to float between multiple units and work varying shifts, including day and night rotations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to oncology patients across various units.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care strategies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and assist in care coordination.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous experience in oncology or relevant clinical experience preferred.

• Flexibility to work in various locations and units as needed.

Schedule

Position is for a float pool nurse with a schedule of 3x12 hour shifts, rotating between day and night as requested.
