BMT / Cell Therapy Registered Nurse – Oncology

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct inpatient nursing care to BMT and Cell Therapy patients in a high-acuity oncology setting
- Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor and manage complex patient conditions including post-transplant and CAR-T therapy complications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Strong background in hematology/oncology nursing within a high-acuity inpatient environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience with bone marrow transplant (BMT) patients
- Experience with CAR-T (CART) cell therapy
- ONS chemotherapy-immunotherapy certification
- Experience caring for inpatient oncology research patients and/or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
