Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Every Other Weekend | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an oncology unit with a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Participate in every-other-weekend rotation with no on-call requirement
• Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing demands
• Actively support nursing students and contribute to clinical education alongside the provision of direct patient care
• Complete required orientation modules, including online computer-based learning, during the designated orientation period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with Med/Surg/Telemetry background required
• AHA BLS certification required — AHA is the only accepted form; all other certifications will not meet compliance requirements
• Must complete Relias EKG testing within 72 hours of signing; two attempts allowed — failure of both or non-completion results in automatic cancellation
• Must be available for drug test completion within 12–14 calendar days prior to start date, with availability for a potential second lab visit if needed
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
