Registered Nurse – Oncology

Contract | Days (3x12 Hours, 6:30–19:00) | Onsite | Schedule options: 36/36, 36/48, or 48/48
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Oncology unit setting (chemotherapy administration is not required of contract staff)
- Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
- Actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside the provision of clinical care
- Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
- Maintain compliance with all facility orientation requirements, including online computer-based learning modules during orientation
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Med/Surg/Telemetry experience required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
- Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility
- Ability to complete drug testing within 12–14 calendar days prior to start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous charge nurse experience preferred
- BSN preferred (required for international travelers)
