    Registered Nurse – Oncology

    Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Interpret and implement the plan of medical care while ensuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner
    • Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects
    • Record patients' medical information and vital signs, and maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
    • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
    • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
    • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or compact eligibility
    • Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and clinical decision-making related to nursing care
    • Experience providing direct patient care in a clinical setting
    • Strong documentation skills with the ability to maintain accurate medical records
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in an oncology nursing setting
    • Familiarity with oncology-specific treatment protocols and patient monitoring requirements
