Contract | Days, Schedule Varies (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within a radiation oncology setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for oncology patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient treatment plans
Monitor and document patient responses to treatment and report changes in condition
Must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Oncology nursing
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in radiation oncology or a related oncology subspecialty
Familiarity with oncology treatment protocols and chemotherapy administration
