Registered Nurse – Step Down / Oncology (ENT / Colorectal / Urology)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Rotating Days and Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 Hour Shifts
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a surgical oncology setting, including ENT, colorectal, and urology surgical patients
- Manage care for step-down level patients as needed within the unit
- Monitor and maintain tracheostomies and other post-surgical airway management needs
- Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:4–1:5 on day shifts and 1:6 on night shifts
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience caring for surgical oncology patients
- Demonstrated experience with tracheostomy care and management
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a step-down or intermediate care unit
- Familiarity with ENT, colorectal, or urology surgical patient populations
