Job Title

Travel RN – BMT Oncology (Infusion)

Location

Denver, Colorado

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) or 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Subject to weekends and holidays based on staffing needs

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer infusions including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, cellular therapy, IVIG, blood products, albumin, electrolyte replacements, antibiotics, and IV hydration
  • Administer Granix and Mozobil injections in support of transplant and cellular therapy collections
  • Provide oversight for cellular procedures following required training completion
  • Operate Baxter infusion pumps and document care using Meditech and OncoEMR systems
  • Deliver safe, compassionate care to immunocompromised and high-acuity oncology and transplant patients
  • Support apheresis program activities and outpatient CAR T infusions as part of the infusion center team
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital BMT Oncology RN experience
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BLS and ACLS certification (current)
  • ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Chemo/biotherapy certification
  • Experience in Oncology, Hematology, and/or Transplant Cellular Therapy
  • Competency in IV placement
  • Experience with blood products, antibiotic, IVIG, and IVF administration and care of immunocompromised patients
