Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient radiation oncology setting
- Assess, monitor, and document patient status throughout the course of radiation treatment
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the oncology care team
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effect management, and supportive care
- Accurately document patient information and clinical findings using Epic EMR
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 3 years of oncology nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Must not be a first-time travel nurse
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in radiation oncology strongly preferred
- Familiarity with outpatient oncology workflows and patient education
