Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position offers $28.66-$49.29 per hour with a schedule of 3x12-hour night shifts and is ideal for an RN passionate about providing specialized, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities
As an Oncology Registered Nurse, you will:

Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients across all stages of cancer treatment
Administer chemotherapy, medications, and supportive therapies safely and accurately
Monitor patient responses to treatment and manage side effects
Collaborate with oncologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, symptom management, and supportive care
Provide emotional support to patients and families navigating cancer care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
BLS certification required (ONS certification preferred)
Previous oncology experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and compassionate care skills
