Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Rotating holidays and weekends | No call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 12-bed unit specializing in Oncology, Thoracic, and Bariatric Surgery
• Administer chemotherapy in accordance with ONS/ONCC certification standards
• Manage and monitor patients with chest tubes and other specialized equipment
• Float to Med/Surg/Telemetry as needed
• Work two of the three winter holidays as required per unit policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license must be in hand at the time of submission
• Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC) required at the time of submission
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of current, relevant RN experience
• Local travelers are welcome; rates are the same regardless of residency proximity

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with chest tube management
• Background in Thoracic or Bariatric Surgery nursing
• Familiarity with online compliance/learning portals (e.g., Net Learning)
