Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to oncology patients in an inpatient or outpatient clinical setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an oncology setting
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work a day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Chemotherapy certification is not required for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with oncology-specific electronic health record systems
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
