Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts, 7:30–18:00, Rotating Day Off Between Monday/Wednesday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an oncology setting in accordance with facility policies and nursing scope of practice
• Document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records (required, no exceptions)
• Float within scope of practice to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Complete all required orientation modules on the facility learning platform by the Friday of orientation week
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including natural nail policy and background review requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia or a compact state — must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• EPIC charting experience required — no exceptions
• Must be available to provide SSN, DOB, address, and phone at time of submission
• 2 professional references required
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility as a traveler or permanent staff must have been separated for at least one year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same base rate — no radius restrictions apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior oncology nursing experience
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating assignments within clinical scope
