Contract (Travel) | 13 Weeks | Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: 07/27/2026 | Rotational Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 12-bed Oncology unit with a patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6
• Perform medical, surgical, and chemotherapy-related nursing procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs and PCTs across night shift
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech EMR
• Float to comparable units as needed per facility guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Medical-Surgical clinical skills are required; candidates without this background will not be considered
• Experience with Meditech EMR or comparable electronic medical record system
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and rotational weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior Oncology nursing experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with chemotherapy administration and oncology-specific patient care protocols
