Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg Oncology unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for oncology patients
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license in West Virginia or a compact state license
• Valid, unexpired driver's license required — must be submitted with application
• Any licensing hits or disciplinary history must be disclosed at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an oncology or med/surg oncology setting
• Familiarity with oncology-specific medications, treatments, and patient care protocols
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
