Noor Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Opportunity:
RN - Medsurg/Onc
Job Details:
• Day and night shifts available: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• Holiday requirement as needed
• No on-call or standby requirement
• 48-hour weekly guarantee
• First to float policy applies
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: Days 1:4-5, Nights 1:5-6
• 31-bed unit serving adult and geriatric patients
• Common diagnoses include strokes, HTN, COPD, cellulitis, CHF, A-fib non-RVR, chest pain, post-ICU MI, AMS/behavioral, surgical overflow, and oncology patients requiring chemotherapy administration
• RNs required to titrate drips including Lasix and Heparin
• BiPAP stable and established trach patients with blow-by oxygen management required
• Telemetry packs used with monitor techs available for strip interpretation
• Charge nurse available on each shift as a resource
• Nurse aides and patient care techs available at 1:8 ratio
• May float to other MedSurg units or ER holds; tele RN will handle strips if floated to tele unit
• Block scheduling considered if unit needs are met
• Charting system: EPIC
• No specific scrub color required
• BSN not required
• First-time travelers accepted; experience with trach and BiPAP preferred but not required
• Lasix experience preferred but not required
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS
