Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)

Department: 6604V OP Surgery GDS

Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Shift Type: 3x12-hour day shifts (36 hours/week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a dynamic outpatient surgery team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Assist surgical teams during procedures
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to sterile techniques
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Operating Room (OR)
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Current AHA ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required

Additional Information:

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted)
