Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $1,875 per week in Charleston, WV

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience; Minimum 1 year of in-specialty experience License: WV or Compact RN License required (pending license accepted for submission) Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Cardiac and General Surgery experience Circulate and Scrub experience Proficient in vascular, orthopedic, general surgery, ENT, urology, robotic, and gynecological procedures Description: Operating Room Registered Nurse needed. Candidates without cardiovascular or general surgery experience will not be considered. 3x12 Days shifts available. Shift times 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Weekend call is expected as part of the schedule. Limit holiday requests to one of the three major holidays. Orientation sessions held every other week. Average daily census of 22 cases in the OR. Proficiency in various surgical procedures is required. Prior experience in cardiac and general surgery cases is essential. Call requirement is one day per week with additional weekend coverage. A 30-minute response time is expected when on call. Travelers must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility. Background references within the past two years are required. Documentation must be submitted in a timely manner. Influenza vaccination is mandated unless a medical exemption is provided. Candidates must comply with all stated requirements for consideration.
