**Exciting Opportunity for RN - OR/Surgery (701) - 13 Weeks!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room/Surgery
- **Contract Length:** 13 weeks
- **Shift:** Saturday to Monday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- **No Call Required!**
- **Special Requirement:** Weekend Charge Nurse
**Unit Information:**
- **Location:** Main Building, 2nd floor
- **Number of Beds:** 22 ORs
- **Type of Staff:**
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 Sitters to operate 22 ORs
- Night Shift: 1 Team always in-house, available 24/7
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:1
- **Equipment Used:** Robotics, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Spine, Oncology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, GYN
- **EMR System:** Meditech
**Qualifications:**
- **Must Have:**
- Certification is a MUST for Certified Surgical Technicians (CSTs)
- Neuro/Spine experience
- Cardiac experience for the Cardiac Service Line
- **Preferred or Nice to Have:**
- Experience in multiple service lines: ortho, neuro, general, robotic
**Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Appendectomies (Appys)
- Cholecystectomies (Chole's)
- Spine fusion
- Total Joint replacements
- Craniotomies (Crani's)
- Mastectomies
- DIEP Flaps
