Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $1,990 per week in Fort Worth, TX

Job Title: RN OR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active nursing license required Certifications: None specified Must-Have: RN Circulator with experience in positioning patients, prepping for surgery, and monitoring equipment. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with ability to perform orthopedic, plastic, and podiatric surgeries. Description: The role requires 6-7 days of work, including one weekend per month. Shifts can be 3x12 hours or 4x10 hours. The unit has 7 beds with a small staff. During the day shift, there is 1 RN and 2 CSTs, with no night shift staff. Patient ratios are typically 4 to 5 cases per team. The position includes 4 to 5 on-call days and may require floating between campuses. Procedures performed include total joints, hip replacements, tibia and fibula surgeries, ankle and foot surgeries, midfoot joint surgeries, plastic surgeries (including breast reduction and reconstruction), and robotic surgeries. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience as circulators and CSTs will be prioritized. We seek individuals who are positive and hardworking. Candidates should be willing to take trauma call. The team has high tenure, with all staff members having been there for 3 or more years.
