Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,007 per week in Camden, SC

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:45 - 15:15) Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: SC license or Compact license required prior to start Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required Must-Have: Experience with various surgical procedures Description: Responsible for providing nursing care in the operating room. Will work 5x8 hour day shifts. Weekend requirements typically involve working every fourth weekend with weekday coverage. On-call responsibilities include weekdays from 15:00 to 07:00, based on call rotation with staff. Floating to meet facility needs may be required. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room setting is required. Licensure must be active before the start date. Candidates must possess certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Experience with a variety of surgical procedures is essential, including but not limited to hysterectomies, total joint replacements, and laparoscopy. All requests for time off must be submitted upon application. Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season, which runs from June through November each year. The facility allows for one shift to be called off per two weeks.
