Ability to optimize the use of technology to support clinical care. Description: The RN Clinical Periop Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers. They ensure that patients and families receive individualized, high-quality, safe patient care. The position practices in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and other leaders. The framework for practice is steered by a professional practice model and evidence-based practice and research. It is expected that the RN Clinical Nurse is licensed, knowledgeable, and upholds nursing practice standards.
