**Job Description:**

* We are seeking a committed Nurse with at least 2 years of experience to provide exceptional care to diverse patient populations, including those undergoing general OR, neuro, spine, ortho, robotic, and vascular procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead yourself and others with confidence, meeting the expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies.
* Deliver high-quality nursing care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
* Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families with compassion.
* Administer medications and treatments as per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness of care provided.
* Document patient history, symptoms, medication details, and care provided with precision.
* Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers, while identifying resources to enhance care.
**Job Requirements:**
* **Education:**
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.
* **Experience:**
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.
* **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:**
* BLS (AHA only) required.
* ACLS (AHA only) required.
* PALS (AHA only) required.
* RN License in the state of TX or compact.
* **Work Schedule:**
* Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
