Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,068 per week in Cleveland, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months combined permanent operating room experience required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand. Certifications: Required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission. Must-Have: Vascular surgery experience is required. 1-2 call shifts per week may be necessary. Description: Day shift consists of 4 ten-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:30. A minimum of 18 months of permanent operating room experience is required. Candidates must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand. One reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. No co-worker references will be considered. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Candidates with background checks of any kind will be reviewed. Travelers with open background cases will not be accepted. Those who have nicotine-free requirements must complete a negative drug screen within 12 months before starting. Modules completed pre-start and annually may vary by specialty. Four hours of modules are billable; any additional time required is non-billable. An acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate is required during orientation. Traveler will have two attempts maximum to pass. Failure to achieve an acceptable score may result in cancellation. Candidates who have previously worked in the health system cannot return for 1 year following their previous end date. Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months, with a 6-month break required before returning unless approved.
