Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Surgical Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN License in Pennsylvania Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Charge experience for RNs - Level 1 trauma experience - Robotic experience Description: The facility is a tertiary care regional referral center known for clinical excellence and nationally recognized patient outcomes. It is the most technologically advanced hospital between major cities and offers specialized services, including a regional trauma center and intensive care nursery. The facility features a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, cardiology, and orthopedics. Candidates must have complete and clear screenings prior to the start of the position. Candidates will be required to work on-call shifts, including weekends and varying hours. The unit serves all patient age groups, with a focus on providing high-quality surgical care. Preferred skills include charge experience, trauma experience, and robotic surgical experience. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Dress code includes blue scrubs, which will be provided. Casual wear is not acceptable. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:1 in this unit.
