Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR Operating Room
Circulate in various surgeries including trauma, orthopedics, and robotics
Handle emergencies with discernment, providing 24/7 surgical support
Adapt to different surgical cases and manage requests during night hours
Collaborate with clinical supervisors and charge nurses in the OR suite
Requirements of the RN - OR Operating Room
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 5 years' OR experience
Experience with charge RN duties and proficiency in scrubbing
CNOR preferred but not required
