- Number of Beds: 4 ORs
- Staff: 5-6 nurses per shift
- Day Shift: 1 CNC, 5-6 RNs
- Night Shift: Call coverage only
- Typical Shifts: (5) 8-hour shifts, M-F; may consider (4) 10-hour shifts if staffing allows
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Equipment: daVinci Xi, Hologic Trident, Stryker laparoscopic towers, Hana table, Olympus Cystoscopy Tower
- EMR: Meditech
- **Key Hiring Profile:**
- **Essential Skills:**
- BLS
- ACLS
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Meditech experience
- Prior HCA experience
- **Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Orthopedic Surgery (total joints, revisions, fractures)
- General Surgery (robotic, laparoscopic, and open)
- Colorectal Surgery (robotic)
- Urological Surgery
- Gynecological Surgery (robotic and laparoscopic)
- **Ideal Personality Fit:**
- Positive attitude
- Proactive and efficient workflow
- Ability to work well in a team
- **Required Certifications:**
- BLS
- ACLS
- **Floating Areas:**
- None
- **Dress Code:**
- Facility dispensed scrubs

- Act as 2nd nurse/support for after-hours recovery nurse
