Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,227 per week in Fort Worth, TX

Job Title: RN OR Circulator Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Valid nursing license Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: RN Circulator who can position patients on the hospital bed, prep, position for surgery, and monitor all equipment. Candidates must be able to perform Ortho, Plastics, and Podiatry procedures. Description: This position is for an RN Circulator in the Operating Room. The unit has 7 beds and a staff of 3 during the day shift. There is 1 RN and 2 CSTs on the day shift. There are no night shifts. The patient ratio is 4 to 5 cases per team. Typical procedures performed include total joints, hip replacements, tibia and fibula surgeries, ankle and foot surgeries, and mid-foot joint procedures. Additional procedures include plastics, breast reduction and expansions, robotic surgeries, and breast reconstruction. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be a hard worker, and be willing to take trauma call. Staff in surgical services have an average tenure of over 3 years, contributing to a stable and experienced team.
