Job Title: RN Surgery Profession: RN Surgery Specialty: RN Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: RN License required Certifications: CAORN preferred, NIHSS, DCI/BVP Must-Have: - Ability to lift 25 lbs - Ability to stand for long periods - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Reliable transportation Description: On-call hours vary, typically 16 hours, Monday to Friday, except holidays. Saturdays and Sundays require 24-hour coverage. Must be able to work independently after department orientation. Candidates should be capable of performing general surgery, neuro, spine, ortho, urology, eyes, and dental procedures (training will be provided on-site for eyes and dental). Knowledge of electronic documentation is necessary. Experience with Meditech or willingness to learn is preferred. Completion of ARN 101 training is required.
