Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,366 per week in Greencastle, IN

Job Title: Operating Room RN Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience required License: Current IN or multistate RN license Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS required Must-Have: Conscious sedation experience preferred Description: OR RN needed for 8 Hour Days Contract with Call. Shifts are Monday to Friday with intermittent call. 36 guaranteed hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours per week. Call hours are until 6 PM Monday to Friday and 7 AM to 7 PM on Saturdays and Sundays for emergencies only. No scheduled weekend hours, except for emergency call. Holiday coverage varies, with most major holidays being closed but may require emergency on-call. The surgery RN will be responsible for patient care pre-operatively, inter-operatively, and post-operatively. Float requirements are not applicable, as this is solely within the surgery department. Scrub colors are light blue. Vaccination requirements include proof of Hepatitis B series or positive titer, proof of MMR series or positive titer, proof of Varicella series or positive titer or physician's written proof of immunity, proof of Tdap within the past 10 years, proof of annual flu vaccine during specified months, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination if applicable. Two TB skin tests, or one Quantiferon Gold test, or one chest x-ray within the past 12 months is also required.
